How much does Google Ads cost per month?
The monthly cost of Google Ads is calculated by multiplying the daily budget by the days of the month: a campaign with a 20 euro daily budget equals roughly 600 euros per month in advertising spend. When self-managing, you then have to add the time (or the cost) of whoever builds and optimizes the campaigns.
In practice, the Italian SMEs that come to us typically invest between 300 and 1,500 euros per month in advertising budget, depending on the industry, advertising competition and goals: there is no single right figure, there is the budget that is consistent with the value a customer brings you. If your average customer leaves you 2,000 euros of margin, even a 50-100 euro cost per lead can be a very profitable investment.
With AImpeto the calculation is even simpler: in the monthly quote, strategic consultation, setup, management and campaign optimization are already included. The advertising budget is paid directly to Google, everything else is covered by the service: no commissions on spend, no surprise costs at the end of the month.

The monthly cost: the two items to keep separate
The total monthly cost is always the sum of two distinct items: the actual advertising spend, which goes to Google and depends on the clicks obtained, and the management cost, i.e. the work of whoever structures, monitors and optimizes the campaigns. Confusing the two is the most frequent mistake in comparisons: a budget "that includes everything" often ends up taking money away from advertising.
With AImpeto the two items stay clear: the advertising budget is paid directly to Google and stays entirely in advertising; the consultation, setup and management service is a fixed, known-in-advance fee.
Self-management or outsourced management: comparing costs
In self-management the visible cost is zero, but the real one is not: hours of training and weekly management, tracking tools, and the cost of mistakes (overly generic keywords, campaigns without negatives, absent tracking), which over a quarter often exceeds the cost of a year of professional management.
Outsourced management has a known, plannable cost: it saves time and, above all, makes the budget perform better, because continuous optimization lowers the cost per conversion over time. The right comparison is not "how much does the manager cost" but "how much does a well-managed budget earn".
How to tell if the monthly budget is right
A monthly budget is right when it passes three checks: it is sustainable over time (not a fund that runs out in the second month), it is consistent with customer value (the cost per lead stays a fraction of the margin a customer brings) and it generates enough data to allow optimization.
If all three checks pass, the right question is not "how to spend less" but "how much can I scale": with a cost per lead below threshold, every extra euro of budget comes back multiplied.
